Do you offer delivery?
We do not provide delivery. All items sold online are to be picked up at one of our ReStore locations, designated by an "M" for McHenry ReStore or a "W" for the Woodstock Restore.
McHenry: 903 Front St. (next to library).
Woodstock: 133 S. Eastwood (next to Jewel).
What is the return policy?
Because our prices are already greatly reduced and our funds support Habitat for Humanity, we do not accept returns once your merchandise has left our store.
However, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase at the time of pick up, you will be offered a refund or store credit. It may take 3-5 business days for your account to be credited.
